Flying Jacob is a popular Swedish casserole dish from the 1970s made with chicken, bacon, banana, peanuts, and a sauce of whipped cream and chili sauce.
Cut the chicken into strips and brown them in olive oil in a frying pan. You can also use grilled chicken. Lay them at the bottom of your casserole dish.
Fry the bacon and add it to the casserole on top of the chicken.
Slice the banana into about four long strips.
Whip the cream and gently fold in the chili sauce. Pour the mixture over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
